On September 2nd, Cohere will be hosting an August Al Fresco Three-Course Summer Dinner at The Viaduct in Spring Arts in Callowhill (10th + Hamilton Street).
Co-founder of Tender Greens, Chef Erik Oberholtzer will be creating a dinner inspired by the delicious heirloom tomatoes that are in season right now. Served on Felt + Fat tableware handmade in Philadelphia, the three-course meal includes:
- Heirloom Tomato Dinner Gazpacho
- Fried Green Tomato Salad
- Ricotta Gnocchi with Melted Tomatoes
- Along with a complimentary glass of summer wine with every course.
Join us on Wednesday, September 2nd from 6-9pm. Felt + Fat handmade ceramics will also be able to purchase during the event. Your $55 ticket gives you access to a night of al fresco dining, wine, shopping and music outdoors at The Viaduct.
Please note this is an outdoor venue where we are limiting the number of guests to allow for ample space between groups. Each dish will be served individually.
