David Waxman is the Founder and Managing Partner at MMP, an entrepreneurial real estate company having raised over $70MM of capital and invested in over $207MM of real estate assets in the Philadelphia CBD market. Mr. Waxman is responsible for fundraising, directing acquisitions and financing and leading the strategic direction of the team. Mr. Waxman serves on Friends Select School Board of Trustees and Executive Board of Directors of Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE).
