ABOUT ABOUT

Join us for our monthly Secret Garden Three-Course Dinner with two seatings from 5:30-7:30 and from 8:30-10:30! Join us in the garden on June 23rd for a delicious dinner centered around the "three sisters" corn, beans, and squash.

In Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) villages, as in many other Native communities, women planted, hoed, weeded, and harvested communally, often working in large groups. The staple crops they grew—corn, beans, and squash—came to be known as The Three Sisters. Not only do the three foods grow well together (the beans climb the natural trellis provided by the cornstalks, while the broad-leaved squash plants spread out below, preventing weeds and keeping moisture in the soil), but when cooked together they provide nearly complete nutrition.

Chef Erik Oberholtzer has dedicated a plot on the farm to the three sisters and is using those crops, along with other local, organic, varieties to craft the menu for this event.

Your $85 ticket includes:

  • A three-course outdoor dinner in our hideaway garden venue, prepared by Chef Erik Oberholtzer
  • Live music from Time Motion under the starry night sky
  • A complimentary bottle of wine for the table

Spots are limited so secure yours for this special night to join together in fruitful company. We honor everyone's personal safety and ask that you wear a mask and take your temperature prior to arrival. The enchanting garden is designed for you to wander, explore, eat + engage with inspiration and personal space in mind.

There are 2 seating times available - 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm so that we can provide the best experience for everyone. For dinner, the meal is prepared with an emphasis on the locally sourced fare. Should you have any specific dietary needs, please email [email protected] in advance of Wednesday so we can arrange for you. We are following all COVID restrictions with all employees of the space masked and will have socially distanced seating.
