We are excited to announce the third chapter of our Emerging Voices Three-Course Dinner series at The Viaduct! On July 28th we will be welcoming Chef James Nardone of Nardone Pasta to our hideaway garden.
Chef James Nardone is the founder of Nardone Pasta Co. which began production in late 2020 to roll into 2021 in an uplifting way. The mission was to offer authentic, high-quality products which has been a hit all over Philadelphia. James began his career working in professional kitchens throughout Boston. Spending the formative years with Barbara Lynch (Sportello) and Tony Maws (Craigie on Main) to later landing back in Philadelphia (Suraya/Rye). James is bringing his superb talents of pasta making and deep knowledge of seasonal ingredients to the Viaduct for a truly unique and exciting dinner.

There are 2 seating times available - 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm so that we can provide the best experience for everyone. The CDC has lifted mask mandates outdoors, and therefore, our space will be adhering to their directive.
