Join us every Saturday morning in October for an hour-long Movement+Mentality yoga session with Stacia Nero.
On Saturday October 31st we are hosting a mystical Halloween gathering after class with food, drinks, a pop-up vintage shop and the opportunity to your tarot cards read by Tracy Phoenix.
When purchasing your ticket for class you will also have the opportunity to purchase a 15min private session with Tracy at The Viaduct. Readings must be purchased by 10.29 because on 10.30 all participants will be sent a sheet to reserve their time slot. Slots will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Tracy Phoenix's calling is to empower you to embrace your worth, restore a connection to the body’s inner wisdom, and stand in your power, so you can thrive. She specializes in yoga practices with astrological insights, and suggestions for creating a haven to practice, such as grounding techniques and use of essential oils, incense, crystals, and candles.
Stacia Nero is a leader in the Philadelphia yoga and wellness community for the past decade. Through her various practices and offerings, she inspires others to find their own strength and growth.
This class is for ALL BODIES & ALL LEVELS. Please bring your own mat! This event will be live-streamed so if you prefer to join us online, we will see you virtually.
